Beautiful painting Clare! Reminds me of one of my favorites when I was growing up. I used to visit the DIA in Detroit and really fell in love with 'The Nut Gatherers'. My tastes have changed a bit but I still love the feel that painting evokes.
Thanks so much Linda. I wasn't familiar with 'The Nut Gatherers' and just looked it up. It does have a wonderful feeling, and I am totally flattered you thought of it when you saw my painting!
